Does STYLESELFIE ship internationally?
International Duties: All applicable custom duties are the responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
What is the Shipping Policy?
In stock items are processed and shipped 1-2 days after the order is received. Please allow 2-7 days for delivery and 7-15 days for international delivery.
Pre Orders will be shipped according to the time frame specified for each item.
How often do you add more items to your website?
We release new collections every 4-6 weeks. Sign up for our newsletters to get new arrivals and promotions alerts.
How do you wrap the products before shipping?
There’s a surprise each season, but our teams carefully pack your items to preserve freshness and durability.
What is the Shipping Return Policy?
You are allowed to return any purchased item for a store credit voucher. This voucher would be sent to you via the email address of the account holder that made the purchase. You would mail your ordered item to the mailing address below, and upon receipt, we will inspect the items and contact you to initiate the store credit voucher process.
Can I make a local pickup?
Yes you can make a local pickup from our Maryland location below. Visits are by appointment only. You can contact us to set an in-store appointment visit by sending an email to email@example.com or using the form on our HELP page. We strive to respond to your appointment requests within 48 hours or less.
Can I make an overnight delivery request?
Yes you can. Select the Overnight Shipping Option which would incur a higher shipping rate.
Can I return or exchange in person?
Yes you can return or exchange in person by appointment only. (Limited to Washington DC metropolitan residents only)

What’s your policy on Returns & Exchanges?
All items purchased can only be returned for a store credit voucher, valued at the same price of the item. Mail the purchased item in its pristine condition to the address on our HELP page. Upon successful inspection of the item, you would be contacted by our order concierge, and the store credit voucher process would be initiated.
